a Texas sweetie...

Miss A is not only sweet but she is also a fabulous singer! I heard her renditions of Mary had a Little Lamb as well as Twinkle, Twinkle. And let me tell you, the Beach Boys have some serious competition! Sporting her sunhats, Miss A kept cool in the summer heat while smiling and giggling. We had a great time with her family at a beautiful park! These are just a few images that I love but my favorite, is the last one. Images of a grandma and granddaughter are near and dear to my heart. Texas heat...equals summertime fun!

The buzz of mosquitoes, ball bouncing, horseshoes ringing, kids laughing, the tinkling of the ice cream truck - all of these were the sounds of our lakeside session! The Slaughter family is outgoing (and one shy guy,) energetic, fun, and well-prepared. Mom and dad truly enjoy every minute with their three boys. We couldn't have picked a hotter afternoon to capture happy moments - well, that's not entirely true. This weekend is predicted to be 103 degrees!

Hooray for Texas!
